Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.We spend a lot of time on creating, packaging, and delivering your table or chair. If you’ve received the product but decided to refuse it for an unimportant reason, we will charge you 20%  of the product’s cost. Believe us, we do not want to do this - but it is most likely that you will not be able to pack a table or chair as it was packed before, and the goods may arrive damaged.1) We can not accept returns after 30 days from the date of the item's delivery.
2) Goods must be packed in original packing.
3) Goods must be without any damages, scratches, or usage marks.
4) You should check all parts' quality before assembly - we do not accept returns with assembly marks.
5) If you find any damage, scratch, or you don't like how it looks, just make a photo of it in the original packing box. Please understand us - we want to be sure you got a fine experience of our cooperation. All is easy: damaged box - make a photo, damaged/scratched/bad painted or others inside the box - make a photo. And check our assembly guide - we did it for you (we can assemble our goods with closed eyes) - the wrong assembly can damage parts or make your table/chair totter.
