We have a 30-day return policy, and if you decide that your piece isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item should be in the same condition as you received it – unfortunately, we do not accept the goods with defect.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com having attached the photos of the package and the product itself. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We spend a lot of time on the creation, packaging and delivery of your table/chair. If you have received the product, but decided to refuse it due to some not important reason, we will charge you 20 % of the product's cost as a restocking fee. Upon receipt of the table, we will inspect it, and if the table is returned damaged, we will deduct the cost of damage from your refund. Believe us, we do not want to deduct additional charges from your refund - but it is more likely that you will not be able to pack a table or chair as it was packed before and goods may arrive damaged.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, having attached the photos of the packaging and the product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
